Hi, I'm Coach E.
After graduating university with an exercise psychology degree, I have spent the past 8 years in the health and fitness industry, working with 100's of clients as:
- A personal trainer across different gyms.
- A health Coach on the National Health Service Diabetes prevention program.
- A diabetes practitioner on the National Health Service Diabetes Remission programs (the Low Calorie diet and Low Carb programs).
A recurring theme throughout the years has been that people know what to do or have access to the information needed to achieve their fitness goals but often still have difficulty in doing so.
And for those who achieve their weight loss goals, research has repeatedly shown that 90% to 95% put the weight back on, a truly shocking statistic.
Focusing on behavioural and habit changes, holding my clients accountable to those changes as well as helping them to make shifts in their beliefs and identity in relation to their fitness goals, has been a game changer in helping my clients make lasting transformations and avoid being a part of the statistic.
